This project sees an end of terrace Victorian property turned into a contemporary home with a large, open plan family space to the rear and a re-arranged plan that sees light flood into the centre of the house where previously the rooms were dark and largely unused. The design features a pitched roof with extensive glazing designed into the rear elevation and roof plane. The plan includes a new utility and WC space, seating snug off a new kitchen/diner and enhanced circulation. The house was also refurbished throughout to create a family space with flexibility over time.
